-People team has direct access to benchmarked compensation data for any role we need to fill. -We are given the greenlight to be highly transparent around compensation when speaking with potential employees from the onset of the conversation. Candidates love it and I love it. -Transparency is promoted across the board and employees are empowered to have frank conversations -Hard-working, smart team members -Leadership is very active about their efforts outside of the org and their efforts to impact change. Minpunten
-Given it is fully remote, there is room to grow on the team-building side. ELT is making progress and teams are now running in-person team-building events, but would love to see more focus on the attendance of learning opportunities such as panel/conferences in this space at the all-company level.
