The classic motto: "Do as I Say (Not as I Do)" perfectly applies to OpenKnowledge working situation. Lack of strategy, poor leadership, there is no focus and orientation on the mission and the vision of the society. Over 10 people (50% of the company) amongst the most talented person in Italy run away from the company in less than 1 year. Lack of competencies and small focus on people career opportunities and growth: there is no learning path and no opportunities to develop your talent.
No international vision: the 4 branches are just a name on the website and the focus on innovative themes and topics has been lost and replaced in the last year with each kind of project.
