All very open and supportive, and emphasize leading with diversity and inclusion to make work feel like a safe space that is non discriminatory of all ways of thinking and living. They due a great job at mixing personal life with business such that it doesn’t feel like your personal identity has to be hidden behind a professional facade while at work. Encouraging individuality helps people feel relaxed and productive, and they treat their employees really really well.

Solutions to problems could be decided on a little faster, as it has matured as a company, and management can take a while to move forward with an action plan
