Leadership is very top heavy in there thinking. Do not take customer centric data into consideration when creating strategy and roadmap causing underwhelming outcomes and relying solely on relationships not innovation to retain customers. Workload is high and loyalty is not rewarded. Ultimately a very transactional experience which is ironic since they don’t even have 500 employees yet. They have lost a ton of talent.
