      The US based Bluetooth software team has a decent market share in the automotive segment Good exposure to Bluetooth protocol Pay is decent

      Minpunten

      Authoritarian, passive aggressive management practices No opportunities for career growth There is only one revenue stream with auto which will be threatened in the near future and no real vision to diversify or expand into other markets Very poor people management practices. If you don't fit the exact mold of how they want you to do things you will quickly fall out of favor.

      Pluspunten

      Opportunity to work on a quality product, writing quality code. Get to learn from the best in the Bluetooth industry. Positive work environment. Great management, and great team members. Possibilities to travel. This is a company that will be around for a long while. Good pay. Great PTO. The company has a great vision, and is constantly looking into new arenas.

      Health benefits could be better, but overall not terrible.

      The people are extremely smart, polite and are very good to work with. The technology developed is cutting edge and there is tremendous opportunity to learn new things and grow in the company. There are many tasks outside of my job description that I am encouraged to complete and this provides job variety and experience in different areas that I would not otherwise get a chance to develop in..
