In my 5 years with opentext - I really enjoyed and care for the company. Giving out my best. But along came the new leaders here in the Phlippines and Stephanie - They single handedly change IT- Service desk for the worst. Restructing almost 80% of the employees. They don't accept criticism, feedback and specially does not care the effort that we put through.

I no longer work there.

Minpunten

They do not value their employees. I was told to never take more than a week off at a time, or it was proof you were not needed. They do not value their customers. Channels created to allow customer feedback to management were shutdown because management did not want to have to deal with customers upset about product issues caused by their cost cutting.
