Bad jokes by top management to motivate employees that actually demoralize employees 5. Managers and supervisors have no clue how to manage and motivate people (since too many first time managers who were promoted because they were friends with Directors and/ or VPs) 6. No work/ life balance 7. No bonuses 8. Too much internal politics to the point of damaging team environment 9. Management being indifferent to employees problems (acting as if everything is perfect in the heaven) 10. Vacation leave max out after 4 weeks 11. Top management and team making fun of other employees 12. Managers are rarely in their offices 13. No announcements when new people join and/ or people resign
