Bon environnement de travail, bonne ambiance d'équipe. Travail varié et complexe. Peu de routine. Bureaux faciles d'accès (pas en plein centre de Bruxelles). Salaire et avantages attractifs

Minpunten

Perspectives d'évolution de carrière peu claires. Management pas toujours à l'écoute des employés. Milieu très concurrentiel et la société semble avoir du mal à s'adapter. Produit très complexe et peu facilement adaptable aux besoins.

Minpunten

Heavy micromanagement limits autonomy and slows decision-making. Very limited work-from-home flexibility, mostly office-bound. Strict 9-hour schedule feels outdated and inflexible. Frequent overnight support during peak periods impacts work-life balance. High responsibility with limited control over processes.
