-Once you reach a certain level in the leveling framework, you get added to the company equity plan as part of your benefits. It would be great if everyone was on the equity plan, regardless of level - a small number of people have been with the company for a long time but still haven't earned equity -Some people mention Imposter Syndrome when they first join, so that is a hurdle you may have to deal with in your first days/weeks/months
