There no communication, training or empowerment to get your job done. The environment is hostile and toxic fueled by nepotism and favoritism. It starts at the top of the company, it trickles down to the employees.

Well the interview would be a piece of cake if you have good communication skills and you can speak fluent English as they have interrnational clients and want their employee to communciate in a professional setting.

Well firstly the working hours are very bad you will be asked to contirbute in evrything . No work life balance .
