      Pluspunten

      I've worked in startups my entire career and I haven't seen this level of genuinely nice, caring, intelligent individuals until I joined OpsLevel. There's no ego b.s. and everyone collaborates really well to get stuff done. There are too many things that have wow'ed me since joining to list, but maybe the most important: No Slack pings on nights and weekends. Things move fast and it's fulfilling work.

      Minpunten

      We don't get to see each other IRL enough, but are starting 2x annual all-company gatherings to try and make up for that.
