The colleagues are extremely helpful and there is a culture of problem solving in teams. Company is fair and generous with hikes. HR and management policies are decent and employee-oriented. It’s a little fast paced environment and there can be stress at times but the work is exciting and you’ll love the challenges. Being a complex product there is a huge scope for learning new things and you end up with a high end developer profile. Being a product company, you get to work with multiple clients, understand their requirements and implement custom solutions for them and do product enhancements. Overall a wonderful place to work.

As a developer initial environment setup can be bit challenging as everything works on the latest tech stack so unless you’ve worked on most of them or know your stuff, the first month can be a little tough setting up your development environment. The internal portals used by the company for employee management like attendance, leaves, payslips, etc, are not sophisticated systems and can be difficult to use. Might have to contact HR for some of the requirements instead of just doing it online yourself through the portals.
