Zero structure. Zero culture. Nobody really knows what they're doing, certainly not the managers which leads to no motivation within the team. I never thought I would witness such incompetence within a company.

We were an amazing team (now almost all of them are leaving or already left the company).

A lot of changes happened and let the company into a bad atmosphere. A lot of people left the company during the last year.
