eadership team does not always agree on product direction. - All leadership is in USA and all development is off shore in India, East Europe, Central America.

Optima is an amazing company from the people, to the benefits, and of course, their products. Optima makes beautiful buildings. I feel proud to work for a company that cares about it's people and the environment.
