* Communication and transparency the worst I've ever seen at a company * Employees often find out last minute which project they're going to work on. On more than one occasion, I've found out what I'll be working on through the client instead of managers which has been embarrassing because I'd been caught off guard. * Employee needs / wants / skills aren't taken into account - you're fielded off to whichever project first comes up even if you may not have an interest or necessary skill for it. That then creates tensions between client and employee because of mismatch in expectations. * No career growth - the work is repetitive and boring. * There are tensions between departments / lots of egos in the company * Data scientists and data engineers end up working on the same thing, often analytics related (which is neither DS or DE). It's not interesting work. * Management is incredibly poor - none of my feedback was ever taken into account. * No support whatsoever Honestly worst company I've ever worked at - don't be fooled by their promises at interview stages. Generally not a very fun place to work in either, a lot of people seem unhappy.
