Meanwhile, another employee with a bad attitude was “worked with” instead of fired. 🚩 Selective enforcement & inconsistent rules 🚩 Management refused to explain the firing 🚩 Privacy concerns—was given another employee’s last four SSN 🚩 Disorganized training—left to figure things out alone Unorganized, unprofessional, and unfair.
