Lack of professionalism from the HR team, with unprofessional behavior and poor employee treatment. No stability or trust in the work environment, with excessive micromanagement. Employees are treated more like disposable resources than valued team members. I was terminated after just two months due to a client conflict, despite no fault on my part. They failed to file my Income Tax and Provident Fund (PF), causing further inconvenience after termination.
