It is truly disappointing to see how decision-making is done at the ELT level. One ELT member (le President) thinks something, shares feedback with HR ELT and that decision is in place. We do not have headcount at the right places, changes are done without any consultation - we are merely informed and expected to be okay with it. Years of hard work goes away for no good reason and those who are chosen by certain ELTs get position for which they have no qualifications.
