If you don't work in the Belfast office then you will not be offered the same opportunities as the people who do and are more or less forgotten about by upper management You can work as hard as you possibly can however it is unlikely that you will get recognized by anyone other than your immediate co-workers making it hard to move up in this company and if it is noticed you will still not get promoted. Expected to drop what you are working on at a moments notice to work on poorly planned projects with unrealistic deadlines. More reactive then Proactive when it comes to certain things with very little standardization outside of the support team
