A somewhat stable consulting company.

Recent executive hires have been very questionable. All former friends from British Telecom / INS have been hired into VP and Director roles. What are the odds? By looking at their LinkedIn profiles they flock from one company to another (BT, HP, SQS, and now Optiv). Instead of promoting from within, they are just hiring their friends into cushy executive roles with questionable capabilities and experience.

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
