Work environment is very comfortable and pleasant. You are trusted to do your job and don't have managers breathing down your neck stressing you out. Lots of praise for a job well done, even from upper management. All around a nice place to work. It's worth the hour drive I have everyday to get here.

Minpunten

It's been a little hectic with the merger and switching over to new programs. People are working diligently to correct problems, but it gets a little stressful with things not working as expected.

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
