Before starting with Optiv, I had worked as a consultant and on different security teams. One of the biggest benefits I have experienced working at Optiv is the overwhelming support I have from team members, managing consultants and directors. Everyone has been willing to take whatever steps necessary to help me be successful in my engagements. From mentoring, to late night how-to sessions, I have never been without available assistance.

No current cons associated with my job. There are some challenges though that will pass shortly regarding the integration of the two companies. Getting used to new systems and processes sometimes require additional patience.
