The company has grown quite a lot through the years, so there is greater division between the three major departments - however, Optiweb's head is doing their best trying to keep everyone connected nevertheless through various teambuildings, games and competitions. Since in the majority of cases, major brands have in-house marketing departments, Optiweb's clientele are middle-sized companies with smaller budgets and only a few markets.
