Minpunten

Benefits aren't great, healthcare very expensive, but they try to negotiate a salary high enough to cover some of the extra cost.

There are some great people here and the training program prepares you pretty well

The culture is highly metrics-driven, which can make job security feel uncertain. Employees may be placed on a performance improvement plan after one underperforming quarter, even following periods of strong success. Expectations often remain unchanged despite broader market challenges, creating significant pressure during slower business cycles. Super hard to make good commission.
