Nice offices in a desirable central location. Exposure to a variety of legal areas and case types. Opportunities to take on responsibility early in your career.

Frequent talks about “culture,” but actions don’t reflect inclusivity or fairness. Hardworking employees are often overlooked for promotion while a select few are consistently favoured. Management behaviour can be undermining and at times bullying, leading to low morale. Lack of consistent direction and cohesion at senior levels creates a sense of instability and confusion among staff.
