One bike 50% more or less/year. Strong historic, family, heritage values. Having the whole assembly factory in Europe is an amazing plus. Freedom to do things. Great responsibilities.
Minpunten
Salary vs. Rents in the area are difficult if you're on your own and don't necessarily want to share a flat. The company is located in a remote commercial area, and quite unpractical to commute. Not enough parking if you live a bit far, because only half a dozen of people commute by bike. Not very Bike friendly for a bike company (you have to wait one year to buy a first bike, their Bike locker in front of the company works half of the time, you have to beg to get a place in the changing room, no place to clean your bike, same for bike maintenance, no discounts in bike parts or clothing, no test bikes for most of the employees) No Restaurant. Home office policy is half good-> You have to home office specifically from your home, no possibility to work remotely from another place. (not so good for an international profile wanting to move freely) Not so easy to sign in to Basque classes as they claimed beforehand.
