The people across the board are sharp, easy to engage, and genuinely good at their jobs. The culture is actually pretty solid. They do just about everything right, which is tough in a virtual work environment. The remote-first culture is really nice.

They could create more opportunities for in-person gatherings to help propagate a more tight-nit culture.
