At the beginning they will fool you about how big the company and projects and how working there will increase your skills, but actually you will learn at the first 3 month only. Then no new knowledge you will gain. - there are no learning curve because there is no seniors or team leaders - titles there are not clear and most for managers not having MBA or even experience - there is no work balance that will lead to make you always stressful, psychologically disturbed, feeling negative and after being delighted and active at work, you will think only about leaving that place. - there is no fair over time system - low salaries - no work process - a lot of negative talk about you behind your back, and at your face they say a poetry - you don’t talk your sick leaves - once you say your honest opinion about anything related to the work to enhance, you will be black listed - turn over rate is very high
