Being with Orchestrate for 11years of long journey, a few words of overview… Orchestrate always encourages the experienced as well as fresher’s talents, there are plenty of employees started their career and got updated with all great technical skills within their tenure, Now we can see them in overseas/onsite, large-scale organizations, in great responsible roles and in good positions within Orchestrate too.. Orchestrate is the right platform for those who wants to work as a passion of learning skills But not for those who wants to do time pass... I appreciate Orchestrate’s higher management for spending their valuable time every quarter on finding the great talents from all departments (IT, Marketing, CSR, Fin, Acc, etc) and always encouraging them on their technical and financial growths (That’s why I always call our organization as “The Path to Growth”).
