The development team is top-notch and actively contributes to the coding community in Dallas and beyond. There are few bottlenecks in the organization - time is spent accomplishing with peers. Work is required. Higher Ed market is cyclical and administrators within are at times hard to work with. If you are allergic to dogs, you may not have a good time. You sometimes have to brew your own coffee. Snacks are provided always, catered lunch from time to time - you might gain weight. However there is a gym in-house, so you can make things right. Don't go overboard, though, people are trying to work. Work and listen to their favorite songs. At a respectable volume. On their sleek, company-provided Mac machines.
