Andrew is the real deal and walks the talk. He is incredibly thoughtful about his products and every ingredient that goes into them. He's incredibly generous as well. It's hard to find a company with a leader that's authentic and truly cares, and that's Andrew through 'n through. As with any company, Orgain's been through ebbs and flows of management and transitions but the leader at the helm is steady and true.

Typical management difficulties that come with fast growth, but I think they've weathered the most of it.
