People are generally considerate, thoughtful, and respectful of each other. I have seen more genuine warmth between teams, who honestly want to do the best for the customers.
Minpunten
Budgeting, top-level bottlenecks really prevent growth and the lags behind a decade or more behind competitors or others in the retail space. It's hard to think that Orgill would catch up without a real reprioritization and resourcing and goal alignment across all teams. Too silo'd for substantial change.
