Was not lenient or empathetic to employees needs when it came to personal issues (i.e. kids sick, appointments, etc). tight work space which makes it difficult to talk on the phone and be able to hear well. (i was in labor at work and felt bad for leaving to go to the hospital to have my baby because of the way they make people feel for taking time when they need it)
