- WLB can be good compared to previous firms I worked at particularly in advisory practice areas
Minpunten
- Pay disparity between regional and London is ridiculous given the hour expectation doesn't differ (and often the regional teams are busier than London)
- Management seems to want to take a different direction than the previous culture but won't directly tell staff that
- Bonus structure is ambiguous and frustrating. Exceeding target hours isn't sufficient which is bizarre? Would you rather we hit target and spent the rest of our time doing stuff that doesn't make the firm any money or just did the minimum?
- Culture of fear seems to be increasing
- Senior leadership can be oddly gossip driven
- Lack of appreciation for boundaries
