Osian infotech is an amazing company. I joined here as a Fresher and received good amount of experience while working here for 3 years. Management gives opportunity if you show ownership towards the product. The more you take responsibility the more you build trust on the higher management. They want you to be successful for which they will provide you all that you need. You have a good work life balance. You get timely paid and people are really helpful during difficult times. I overall had a awesome experience with everyone in the team, people are friendly and you have a chance to create a fun environment during office times. I am still in touch with everyone after leaving the company in 2019. Its a great place to work.

Pay was bit less during my time but is subject to change. After I left the company, they are doing really good and bringing a lot of good projects. Which in a way benefits all over team.
