I do not see any other pros than having some good colleagues.
Minpunten
Management changes strategy all the time. There are a lot of issues in terms of processes - not much in place for some areas. You can easily hear cases of people who were verbally disrespected by top management. Poor HR because they are very busy with the huge turn over.
