Leadership is very out of touch and too inexperienced to lead a hyper growth company. Experimenting with org models that have great impact on the customer which leads to great volume of client churn. Leadership is unaware of what drives adoption and renewal and is focused on scale. Clients can go elsewhere and get much better service. The science behind the product was in excellents hands but leadership deployed quiet firing of Directors. Directors are offered to keep their job but lose their title to become individual contributes. It works! Directors are demoralized and walk. Execs stay in place, continue to make non validated changes but miss the mark because the focus is not on what the client needs. Clients need time and attention.
