Minpunten
for a company that praises itself in supporting vulnerable children with additional needs, OFG's management, HR, and employee relations were horrifically atrocious at supporting staff with disabilities and neurodivergence - nothing but pure discrimination is what i have experienced from the higher ups. i wish i could have done more to support the school staff and their students as i really empathised with their experiences, but what they trained the staff to support the children apparently does not apply when adult staff seek similar support. as a result, the staff are burnt out, there's high turnover, the school's culture does not seem to be open to innovation and change, and even some of the staff do not have the relevant qualification for their role! overall, working for this company has been totally devastating to my overall wellbeing and has ruined my career, and i yearn for the days before i ever took the role
