They will present you with false numbers and statistics before letting you go. - Overall uncertainty as you are never secure regarding your job status. They love looking for scapegoats in order to justify poor results based on bad business decisions or warehouse problems. - You are expected to work practically 4 roles in 1 and take extra responsibilities. If you choose not to it's frowned upon. - They expect you to continue meeting and exceeding targets regardless of the problems the company faces that directly affect your work. The targets often do not make any sense either.
