After the probation period, they removed the time-tracking requirement, focusing instead on output and results.The current management has been transparent about the company’s financial situation, including communicating potential delays in benefits. Despite challenges, they’ve consistently ensured that base salaries are paid on or before scheduled dates. For remote workers based in the Philippines, they also follow and pay for regular national holidays, a benefit that's appreciated.

One possible con is the night shift schedule for PH-based workers—this might be challenging for some, though it can also be a plus depending on personal preference. There has also been a noticeable reduction in benefits compared to when the company first started. However, management is transparent about these decisions, and they are open to questions regarding the rationale. Personally, I don’t view this entirely as a negative—health benefits were prioritized, and it’s clear they made a strategic decision to protect the company’s financial sustainability. While some may see the loss of earlier perks as a downside, others may view it as a practical move to ensure long-term stability.
