With no limit on vacation days, the trust is on you to produce within reason and reap the benefits of your work. 5. Work in Crypto. The fastest growing, edge of tech - we will change worlds with our product.

1. Work in Crypto. Adoption is not promised , success can depend on overall markets too. Makes your bonuses volatile sometimes. You can get a bonus and next month it's worth a lot more... or a lot less.
