There is limited or poor communication from management. The company lacks direction, making it difficult to advance in your career. Additionally, the nepotism and favoritism leads to exclusivity and clique-like behavior -- it's like being in high school. If you want to work with professionals who treat each other with respect and have a clear vision for the company, you *do not* want to work here!
