Pluspunten
Everyone can work from wherever they have an internet connection so really flexible on location if you have to move or your significant other has to change jobs. I've even worked while on holidays in another country so love that part of working here. Majority of staff amicable and management leads by consensus so like to be part of operations/planning.
Minpunten
When you work virtually the downside is that you don't get the same socialization that you would with other workplaces. Company chat, skype and conference calls but no face to face interactions can make things a little less personable but tolerable for the flip side. If you are young and want to meet new people probably not the best place to work. If you like being in your home, community, etc. and have a personal network already setup then it's perfect.
