Can’t think of any pros

-say schedule will be posted a month in advance, as per your contract, but will change it without notice sometimes the day before -hire you for a “part-time” job but will give you 40 hour weeks without asking for your consent, and if you try to say you can’t because you applied for a part time job and can only commit to part time hours, they’ll say oh well rotas done can’t do anything about it -you’ll have to stay past close if things aren’t finished and you won’t get paid for it if it’s less than 30 minutes, and even then good luck. -managers micromanage like crazy, be prepared to be stared at for your entire shift, any time of the day can guarantee if you look around you’ll find a manager just starting to see if you’re working, funny enough because they won’t to see if you’re working while they’re not -sometimes you’ll ask to go to the toilet and they’ll say you can’t because they have no one to cover your section - managers are just rude and condescending, no wonder they have a revolving door of employees cause no one can stand it -racist as hell, be prepared to be told a customer looks suspicious, even the only “suspicious” thing about them is the color of their skin.

The salary was good and they paid for travel

-The managers are AWFUL -They love micromanaging, and they avoid doing their job -they only do the work activities they want to do, when they do not want to do it they make the sales associates do it. Which is not fair as the sales associates are also burdened with so much work. - they promote a stressful work environment, when colleagues are sick they pester them to come into work. -when they finally call in sick they are made to feel like their health isn’t important and they should focus on work more. - overall oysho London is horrible I do not recommend
