The company is growing and going through an organizational re-structuring that will provide several different pathways providing team members a path to unlimited growth potential. Our President is receptive to ideas that differ from his own and welcomes feedback, everyone truly has a voice. This is the best team I have ever worked with and truly enjoy everyone's company. PC Miracles promotes personal advancement and will pay for certifications up front ( no waiting on reimbursement). Our goal is to develop each team member in a way they can go anywhere and have a job offer but that they won't want to leave our team.
Minpunten
The hours can be long, but that is not uncommon for IT. Lack of a work life balance used to be a much bigger problem but the company has focused on promoting a more positive environment and does not create incentives (or apply guilt) that make people over work themselves.
