      AMAZING HEALTH INSURANCE. I appreciate knowing my schedule 2 weeks out.

      Minpunten

      Communication and training severely lacked. Dental insurance is not great until you have been there for 3 years It was really hard to get a hold of the union Vacations requests are awful. We are allowed to request two weeks off in January for the entire year. If you request time off after that period, they may not tell you if it was approved until that schedule is posted. Did not feel valued most of the time

      Pluspunten

      Low stress side gig - combination of customer service and dishwashing, assisting nice chefs, helping adults and kids learn to cook. PCC discount is great. Customers are typically happy, chefs are good at what they do and easy to work with, classrooms are nice working spaces.

      Minpunten

      The cooking program has recently been revamped and is mostly meat-forward date nights. Current upper management has a top-down style and has burned bridges with many local chefs and past assistants.
