Minpunten
1.) Produce Department's management will consistently micromanage you, push you to your limit and nothing will ever feel like it's enough for them. If they talk to people for an hour or 30 minutes its okay because they work but if you do it... you get a verbal warning, how leadership of you. 2.) Low starting wage (Advocate for yourself heavily or you'll be taken advantage of) 3.) Rough commute 4.) This store will work you to the bone more than most which is not necessarily bad but they don't compensate you correctly: You will work 3 positions and get paid for one. 5.) I've had managers take their phone out on me and take a picture of me just for talking to other co-workers which is both a policy violation and against privacy. If it was the store's camera it would be different but to use your own phone is extreme.
