PDI bought our small company in 2018, and in the first couple weeks they fired all the senior (highly paid) managers and team members and replaced them with PDI managers. The whole time saying that we will still have our jobs, no need to worry. Hired only people of color, who would quit almost immediately. Constantly pushed DEI values. Mandatory DEI, Inclusive, White Privilege training. Pushed for 40+ hours a week or else, quote from PDI management "you aren't being a team player". Raises were below yearly inflation rates, effectively paying us less each year. Feb 2020 they told us to move to Texas or lose our job. They were paying our remaining team 30k-40k a year (which is "above market value for our positions"), and were going to compensate us only a couple hundred dollars to move to an expensive area. This job gave me a drug addiction and lost hair from the amount of stress I endured, much worse than the military in that aspect. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
