For our line of work it is a very pleasant environment with minimal stress. No hard selling and no weekends.

Minpunten

There is no room to grow, annual raises are very low and usually delayed because of management issues. Some time there can be a lack of guidance.

Best part of my job is providing Eyecare to our US military veterans. PDS has the most supportive and motivating leadership team. Full Reimbursement for Continuing Education. Best working schedule.

They should established more opticals to serve the veterans located a long distance from the VA medical centers.
