They will hire you. The hours are flexible. The company always has work to do. There are pizza parties when we do well. Close to the local community college.

Yelling at workers. Minimal to no training. High quotas and suspensions for failure. Company runs on fear. Minimum wage and part-time work. Losing workers faster than they are being replaced. Horrible micromanagement. I wanted to quit immediately.

Free lunch if monthly shipping numbers were meet. Didnt happen very often.

Trainning was non existant. You basically had to learn it on your own as you went. If you didnt pick it up quickly you would be let go pretty fast. Company was extremely micro managed by the Owner and the CEO. The last week of every month if the sales numbers were low the warehouse will be getting screamed at to work faster and ship more.
